Imaging Platforms
The first step in the NanoMetalix AME process is
smart conductive adhesive imaging which can be performed
by either of the following two imaging platforms:
Landa
Inkjet Technology
Employed in Landa Digital Printing Nanographic printing presses, Landa Inkjet Technology technology is capable of very high speed, high definition imaging.
As Landa inkjet printing is a mature and robust technology, it is the imaging platform of
choice for mainstream NanoMetalix PCB products.
Moonshine
Laser Thermal Imaging
​Developed over the past 12 years by Landa Labs, the technology is capable of higher
definition and higher speed than inkjet, making is suitable for high performance PCB’s, IC substrates and thin film devices.
The technology is still under development and will be incorporated into future NanoMetalix products.
